ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To take responsibility for developing complete marketing strategy with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement, advertising and PR based on the mission, objectives of the Company.
- Will be responsible for coordinating creative and artworks with agency.
- Will be responsible for coordinating with PR agency and Media buying agency.
- Ensure brand promotion, brand vision and brand position to achieve overall business goals.
- Plan and manage marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
- Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
- Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the Marketing departments.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation.
- Carrying out all the promotions.
- Developing brand and Product communications through focus on target customers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Candidate having relevant experience in advertising and marketing.
- Candidate with agency experience (client-servicing) would be an added advantage.
- Ability to create a strong unique brand.
- Candidate from jewellery industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have leadership qualities.
- Comprehensive exposure in handling marketing communication.
- Should be strong in developing strong business relationships with vendors.
- Being flexible and ready to accept responsibilities.
