Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Market/Secondary Research - Big 4 (2-7 yrs)
- Strong secondary research and business writing skills, necessary to create thought leadership papers, point of views, articles and other business-related content, with the ability to meet the expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of primary research should be able to support on creating questionnaires, discussion guides and interpret survey results.
- A good grasp of economic KPIs and metrics, as well as a broad understanding of various sectors, is essential to manage research studies across various sectors.
- Contributions to research, compete intelligence assignments and business development enablement activities are expected.
- The ability to manage the request intake process, including participating in project scoping calls and preparing detailed project scope documents, is required.
- Staying current with market trends and delivering in-depth insights tailored to specific client themes or issues.
- Proactively suggesting key topics and themes for further assessment in report creation, deep dive studies, etc.
- Guiding consultants and other subordinates throughout the project lifecycle is necessary.
- Upskilling team members by providing training and coaching on different projects/activities and reviewing their work is required.
- Preparing client deliverables, including well-structured, logical and clear PowerPoint, Excel and Word presentations, is essential.
- Able to prepare compelling proposals with logical effort estimation.
- Able to work in an agile environment.
- Able to contribute in team dynamics as well as individually as per the requirement.
- Confident to connect with senior leaders and clients.
