Assistant Manager/Senior Associate - Sales - SaaS/Digital Marketing Services (3-7 yrs)
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and nurturing relationships to create qualified sales opportunities.
What You'll Do :
- Research & Prospecting: Identify potential leads and target accounts with thorough research.
- Engagement: Connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualification: Assess prospects based on specific criteria and understand their needs.
- Showcase Value: Effectively communicate how our solutions address their challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all activities and interactions.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to strengthen positioning.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and foster relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Driven & Independent: Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to thrive independently or in a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
