Key Result Areas :
- Training Roadmap execution for partner branch /s and Sales teams
- Activity Management - Training, Joint Field and Sales Work for Sales Managers and Channel partners
- Persistency and Product mix management at 80%
- Self Development
- MIS and reporting on trainings and activities undertaken and outcome thereof
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
