Assistant Manager - Sales - Telecom (3-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage distributors and plan their training time to time.
- Make business partner aware about the process, policies and company culture.
- Explain scheme to the all distributors and motivate them to generate more business.
- Prepare reports like target v/s achievement, Market Audit, Stock report, etc.
- Coordination with Channel team Retails and Distributor and sales support team members.
- Increase Business with new scheme and plan.
- Coordinate event and program.
- Maintain good relationship with business partners.
