Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy Development :

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge and Promotion :

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of TMT Rebars, MS Strips & Pipes, and Wire Rods.

- Develop and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility and market presence.

4. Market Expansion :

- Identify and explore new markets within Nigeria and neighboring regions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor strategies for diverse market segments.

5. Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 8 to 12 years of experience in steel product sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Experience in the African market, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Nigeria or other African countries.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

6. Ability to travel within Nigeria and occasionally to other African countries.
