Asst Sales Manager - Required To Sell Steam Engineering Products
- Provide leadership in business development and marketing activities of Ensure business sustainability and meet profitability targets
Business Development (BD) :
- Study applications in different industrial sectors, develop total solutions with cost-benefit analysis
Marketing :
- Contribute to development and execution of a coherent marketing, promotion, community connect and distribution plan.
Team Management :
- Set direction, align and motivate team members; monitor performance against objectives, review performance and plan compensation
- Develop the team (development/training plans, organizational talent review, coaching or mentoring, as appropriate).
Data Management :
- Collect and maintain proper documentation
Support :
- Work closely with other function teams to create robust operations
