Job Description - Assistant Manager
- Shall have experience form logistics industry
- Courier company experience candidature will not be accepted
- Must have done the field sales for logistics domain including import & export
- Must be able to handle and manage team reporting to him
- Communication with the overseas team and Agent Partner.
- Sales Co- Ordination.
- Maintaining customer relationship management report and working on the ERP & CRM tools.
- Handling Various Trade lanes worldwide.
- On a daily basis, monitoring performance, providing feedback, handling new project and giving suggestions to improve control process and develop new customers.
- Coordinate with operation team for the day to day shipment.
- Handling rating, pricing and Billing of shipment.
- Generate GP Report for Revenue Growth.
- Generate New Business through cold calls, Marketing and other resources.
