Assistant Manager - Sales - Sanitary Ware (2-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibility:
- Handle the entire sales process beginning from prospecting, need identification, proposals, follow up, closures & payment collection.
- Manage the sales team for sales growth & revenue enhancement
- Maintain relationship with architects & builder fraternity for repeat business.
- Develop monthly sales plans for sales team to meet performance goals.
- Training dealers and sales executives on new products and selling skills.
- Maintaining - Order to cash cycle- for retail projects.
- Dealing with Architects, Interior Designers & Builders to introduce the product.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits & telephone.
- Preparing & implementing sales strategy.
- Review the target on quarterly basis.
- Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
- Coordinating with factory and other departments.
