Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
Requirements :
-1-4 years BFSI sales/marketing
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Proven sales track record
