The KRA for Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate) is :
- Handle sales Lead calls, follow up and responsible for closing the leads.
- All leads entries, follow-up and finalization should be carried out through Sell.do
- Plan and implement various options to generate sales from existing customers, referrals, and develop new customers.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate & institutional clients, all kind of banks, loan leading agencies & etc.
- Respond to all leads are covered and converted into sales to the maximum levels.
- Build real estate customer base.
- Passionate towards real estate sales growth
- Ensure dissemination of information in the vertical and to drive down. Company objectives, plans, policies, rules and regulations to build strong brand image in the market as well as in the society by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed
- Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly report.
CTC :
- 3 LPA to 5 LPA + Incentives.
- Immediate joiners required.
