Assistant Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
- Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.
- Designing monthly Sales plans for the respective site on regular basis.
- Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment.
- Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and making sure of closing them.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and collection targets.
- Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches.
- Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner.
-Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines.
- Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans.
- Building good customer relationships and generating reference clients to boost sales.
- Organizing Customer events on daily basis to boost sales.
- Maintaining proper records of visits clients, will assist in performance analysis of the site and conduct appropriate reviews.
- Responsible for Market research and surveys which will help in closing deals.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Channel Partners and Sourcing team to ensure business continuity.
- Play a key role during various stages of the channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop a strong and long-term relationship.
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
- Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.
- Making available property database of the area.
- Catering clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal visits.
- Must have experience in real estate closing sales and attending clients at the site and closing the deal.
