Assistant Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible of Sales strategy execution, building & nurturing channel partner relationships, understanding consumer behaviour and influencing customer experience and develop the sales systems and processes. He / she will be also responsible for developing the team managed.
Role description
- Identifying and building relationships with Channel, which includes Retail, International & Institutional Partners.
- End to End ownership of the customers right from Lead Generation till the eventual closure.
- Ensure smooth registration, training & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Create & nurture the direct consumer base and ensure a healthy business contribution from it.
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
- Tap potential markets to open new areas of business.
- Responsible for handling direct enquiries from ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence & develop plans accordingly.
- Adaptable to work under various micro markets, across segments and willingness to travel across geographical locations within Mumbai and if required outside Mumbai which would be need based.
Education:
MBA is Must
