Assistant Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads-by means of calls, cold calls, and visits to companies.
- Pitching products and/or services of EFC to potential leads
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Supporting the sales team in other ways to develop leads into clients
