Assistant Manager - Sales - PVC/uPVC (3-6 yrs)
- Thorough understanding of the processes and product selling.
- Must have experience with sales of Electrofusion Fittings and PP Compression Fittings.
- Doing sales tours across districts, meeting parties, sales, negotiation, and signing up new Dealers.
- Technical and functional expertise of the process and machinery being used.
- Knowledge of systematic planning & methods to fulfill the targets specified.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Must also survey about current trends in the industry such as prices of the products and knowledge about competitors companies etc.
- They need to generate business leads for the company for which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports as per senior requirements.
