Assistant Manager - Sales & Public Relations - Education (3-5 yrs)

Qualification: Graduate/Masters with 5-6 years of experience in a similar profile
Desired skill set: number driven, good at multi-tasking, go-getter, event management skills, excellent written & verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, proficient in MS Excel.
The person will be responsible for handling set of schools for marketing, admissions, career counselling, stakeholder engagement.
Admissions:
- Prepare and execute marketing activities plan (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social) for the school.
- Tie-ups with local playschools for admissions.
- Measuring the outcome of marketing activities & giving feedback to the central office team.
- Achieving walk-ins, admission target for the school.
- Doing Lost Customer Analysis (LCA) and improvising according to the findings.
- Training PRO for handling walk-ins/telephonic enquiries.
- Co-coordinating with central office team for necessary approvals.
- Doing competition study on regular basis and giving feedback to the team.
Alumni & Stake holder engagement:
- Ensure school collects the information of Alumni in required format.
- Doing Alumni engagement activities, celebrity interactions, workshops etc in the school.
- Doing social media campaigns engaging the Alumni.
- Taking parents feedback on regular intervals.
- Work on improving word-of-mouth for the school by planning various stakeholder engagement activities.
- Reputation management of the school.
Career Counselling:
- Regular interaction with grade 8 to 12th students for guiding them about career options.
- Conducting various psychometric test for career counseling.
- Working with vendors/agencies for career counseling sessions.
- Conduction session for alumni-student interactions.
