- Achieve the sales target.
- Ensure growth in sales as per agreed budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prospecting to acquire new projects.
- Gather market information, including latest information on existing and future customers.
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Execute business plan for Drug Delivery System (DDS) segment in India.
- Understand needs of Indian pharma & Biopharma market and how DDS technologies can most effectively be leveraged.
- Carrying out market analysis for identifying new business opportunities.
- Engage client at senior commercial and technical level and maintain key stakeholder relationship throughout.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams within the company.
- Keep track of competition activities.
- Seek support on order receipt, communication to client on delivery timelines, shipping documents, sales and pending delivery updates.
- To get required support and input to provide necessary details to clients during project stage. Influence to decide market strategy and business plan.
- Sales generation, networking, push product and services.
- Achieving sales budget as defined in objectives.
- Analysis report on market synthesis, delivery route, products, opportunities (if any), conclusion.
