Assistant Manager - Sales - OEM Automotive/Polymer/Hard Plastic Material Firm (5-7 yrs)
Sales- Assistant Manager - Bangalore/ Gurgaon
We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our sales operations. We need a person with 5 to 7 years experience to ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Industry Preference :
From OEM automotive industry or polymer company or hard plastic material (engineering plastic )
Objectives of the Job :
- Marketing of Products to the India Plastic/ Polymer
- Coordination with other team members various matters on Polymer sales.
- To identify and develop new business and market opportunities for products within your territory.
- Achieving targeted Sales growth.
- Monitoring and keeping customer recoveries under control. Performance Measurement :
- % of achieving Sales volumes versus predefined sales targets for all assigned segments.
- % of new business generated versus existing sales. Receivable Management :
- % of the collection of sales tax declaration forms on time.
- Timely submission of Sales & Marketing reports.
- Level of the customer relationship.
- (All above KPIs include Sales of all Products, including Distributed Products) Responsibilities Administrative:
- Reporting to ensure effective communication between you, Senior Sales Manager -South and West, Head of Sales - India and other Omya Management.
- B.Sc.- Chemistry / BE -B.Tech Chemical/Graduate in Plastic Technology with good knowledge of Indian Chemical Industry - Degree in Management will be added advantage but not compulsory.
