Assistant Manager - Sales - OEM (3-6 yrs)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
Strengthen Relationships with Top OEM Clients
- KPI 1: Achieve a 95%+ customer satisfaction rating.
- KPI 3: Retain at least 95% of existing OEM clients through effective relationship management and value-added services.
- KPI 4:Conduct customer satisfaction surveys (Dealers & OEM's) every month and implement improvements based on feedback.
Govt. Liaisoning:
- KPI 1: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with RTO officials and other relevant government authorities.
- KPI 2: Proactively engage with government bodies to understand their policies, procedures, and requirements.
Enhance Collaboration with Internal Teams to Optimize OEM Sales
- KPI 1: Collaborate with the State Head and Central Operations teams achieving 95% attendance and follow-up action completion.
- KPI 2: Ensure 100% adherence to product delivery timelines for OEM clients, tracked through supply chain reports and customer feedback.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
1. Proven Track Record of Liaison with Government officials (Transport Department : Demonstrated success in Liaison with Transport Department Officials at various levels.
2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
4. Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.
