Job Description :
Experience : 3-4 Years Minimum
- Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager should have deep and strong knowledge of photoelectric sensor, Temperature controller, SMPS, Encoders, Vision and Safety systems
- Hands-on experience of CRM portal
- Field knowledge of industrial automation segment (packaging, textile, printing, steel)
- Having a good knowledge of OEM's and end-user
- Develop strong business relationships with key customers and manage channel partners for PAN India
- Together with the branch management team develop strategies to ensure business growth through effective account management and direct customer and market communications.
- Coordinate with other Managers to ensure efficient sharing of resources between branches including National account sales, training, and technical support, and project resources.
- Team handling experience of minimum 20 no's of members
- Administration Support at the branch
- Follow-up individual sales engineers performance by CRM
- Coordinate for online and offline marketing activity

B. Tech (Electrical, Electronics Or Instrumentation)
