Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - Food Processing (1-6 yrs)
Primary responsibilities :
- Negotiation with vendor by maintaining WIN-WIN situation
- Analytical skill to discover opportunity areas and utilize it.
- Meeting objective within timeline with max profitability.
- Energetic and self-motivated with flexibility as per working environment.
- Confident with knowledge of both the sides.
- Knowledge about Sales and Margin growth.
- Negotiate with brands for offers & promotions.
- Design & execute sales drives (Occasional/Seasonal/Product).
- Design & execute new product launch process.
- Generating Other Income from zone.
- Re-starting Fresh category in all cities
- Closing annual & quarterly plans.
- Aware about New Product Introduction and Range enhancement.
- Capture opportunity area to improve business.
- Work upon Inventory Projections as per sales plan for better fill rate.
- Co-ordinate with PAN India Sales team.
- Visibilities & Activations Executions.
- TOT Negotiations.
- Fund parking, and Internal Claims Settlements.
- Payments follow-ups & External Reco.
- Handling ARS, MIS, Pricing Support Team and co-coordinating Audits.
- To increase Sales contribution and Margin of Staples.
- Assortment and Layout correction to improve store hygiene and sales.
- To improve fill rate, top & bottom line of Dairy & Frozen and Beverages.
- To Increase PO Fill Rate, Range Availability & SOS at Lead Chain.
- To Improve Margin & Ticket size and reducing ageing inventory
