Assistant Manager - Sales - Loan Against Property/Business Loan - Housing Finance Firm (5-10 yrs)
Position Name: Area Sales Manager - LAP / BUSINESS LOAN
- Manage the Sales team and drive them to achieve the business volumes at the regional level.
- Manage a diverse sourcing mix including the in-house sales team, cross sell maximisation, DSA, Financial Advisors network.
- Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business
- Manage key channel partner relationships.
- Understand key customer segments and their business potential and associated risks.
- Present the credit proposal at the Credit Committee.
- Ensure a healthy credit quality of the portfolio.
- Good communication skills
- Good market knowledge of LAP & mSME Business Loan space / DSA Connects mandatory
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with other people well across.
- 5-10 years of work experience in Banking, HFC
- Any Grad.
