Assistant Manager - Sales - Lab IVD Business (2-20 yrs)
Job Description :
To grow the Lab IVD business in Oman's burgeoning private market. To cover, promote, sell & survey IVD products of Tosoh, Stago, Nihon Kohden, Dirui, Abaxis, Radiometer, Greiner, Randox, Eppendorf in this market.
Responsibilities :
- To achieve annual Sales & Gross Margin targets,
- Account management - maintain and develop business
- To formulate strategy for product positioning for private businesses
- To plan and control the profit margins for private accounts covering product lines like TOSOH, STAGO, NIHON KOHDEN, DIRUI, ABAXIS, GREINER, RANDOX, EPPENDORF, RADIOMETER.
- Order execution, price negotiations with principals & customers, monitor deliveries of orders, coordinate internal processes and commercial activities
- To have good business relationship with principals & customers
- To identify new business opportunities from detailed market mapping on market size, share, installations, workload
- To have information about competitor activities & prices
- Providing technical assistance with respect to instrument or kits handling & applications
- Conduct sales promotional activities like product evaluations, workshops and seminars
- To control inventory levels to minimize the investment cost and expiries.
