Job Title Assistant Manager - Sales (Salesforce Solutions)

Department : Business Development

Scope of Work

This individual will be responsible for developing the Business by contributing directly to the sales, profitability, and business growth of Botnotch Technologies, by following up on leads identified by the Head-Sales to ensure that the Projects can lead to a Sales closure

Job Responsibilities

Lead identification and Business Development & Expansion:

- Plan and prepare a detailed Sales plan for the expansion of business opportunities/ Sales leads along with the Head-Sales/ CEO

- Focus and plan detailed Sales Targets and timelines on a month-on-month basis and align the team to these plans with guidance from the Head-Sales/CEO

- Work along with the Head-Sales/CEO and clarify the channel of the pursuit of the closure of the Sales leads in alignment with the Sales Plan based on the order of priority

Sales / Business Development - Operations & Revenue Generation:

- Be familiar with the company's requirements to be able to offer expert guidance on planning and implementation, or efficiency and success from an existing Salesforce deployment

- Identify business demands, collaborate with various teams to create projects, and receive training and support on the platform

- Identify new leads, cold-call prospects, and convert opportunities into sales

- Engage with customers in pre-sales and sales cycle and develop the course of action

- Identify potential clients and proactively engage with them to promote Salesforce products solutions and services

- Leverage your previous Sales experience to drive growth

- Convey the value proposition effectively to potential clients

- Understand client needs, propose solutions, and negotiate effectively

- Close deals effectively by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly

- Efficiently manage your time to reach out to a substantial number of potential customers daily

Sales Target Ownership, Accountability, and Achievement:

- Take ownership of achieving periodic sales targets

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed goals

- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, in alignment with the Head-Sales

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

- Coordinate with internal and external teams to work and close Sales deals effectively

- Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership team

- Create an environment that is conducive to promoting Sales by maintaining excellent rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Understand their pain points and tailor solutions accordingly

- Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals

Qualification and Experience

- Candidates who have a Graduate degree in the relevant field. Candidates with an MBA - Marketing & Sales would be an advantage

- 5-7 years of minimum strong Sales work experience in the IT field. Domain understanding of the functionality of the Salesforce platform would be an advantage

- Be open to living in Doha, Qatar, where our headquarters are located

- Embrace the local culture and contribute to our vibrant team

GCC Travel:

Be willing to travel to other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries for client meetings, conferences, and business development

Reports to Head - Sales / CEO
