Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hardware industry/Solutioning industry , Sales background
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Customer and OEM Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Operations:
Oversee the daily sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of hardware products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
