We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Agency Development Manager in Surat. As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our agency network in Gujarat.

Job Role And Responsibilities :

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition

- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

- Sales and Marketing - Prospective customer visits and identify their financial requirements

- Understand the customer requirements and provides sales and services

- Arrangement for the principal business visit

- Improved business growth of the organizing by brand promotions

- Appointing and monitoring channel partner, dealer network to handle sales of the products

- Review the work of your advisors team and guide them accordingly

- Provide pre and post sales assistance to your team.

Requirements:

- Graduation degree in any discipline

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
