Assistant Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities :
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents
- Identify, recruit and manage advisers from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisers to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review agents- performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field
Experience :
1] Minimum 2 Years - experience in field sales.
2] Having best marketing knowledge of different area.
3] Having good communication skill.
4] And also required best leading team knowledge
