Assistant Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the advisor's team.
- Monitoring the performance of the agent's team and motivating members to meet goals.
- Collecting customer queries and providing updates to your team and management.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers
- Energetically seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Excellent direction, leadership, and organizational skills.
