Experience : Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Age : Between 30 and 35 years

Language : Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English

Computer Skills : Basic computer skills

Exposure : Previous experience in industrial B2B sales

Notice Period : 30 days

Technical Knowledge : Possess strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for building products, allowing you to effectively communicate product details and benefits to customers.

Sales Skills : Exhibit excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Communication : Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation : Strong negotiation and follow-up skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction.

Adaptability : Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Sales Campaigns : Plan and execute sales campaigns to expand market share, including cold calling, strategizing client visits, building and maintaining relationships, and managing prospect databases.

Presentations : Create professional presentations, proposals, and reports for prospects and customers to effectively communicate the value of products and services.

Professional Presence : Possess a good personality and presence, enabling effective communication with factory managers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Transportation : Must have access to a 2/4-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for business-related travel.
