Assistant Manager - Sales - HVAC (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Approach HVAC consultants and civil architects to gain approval for products.
- Identify projects where our products are specified by HVAC consultants and architects.
- Reach out to HVAC applicators to gather project details and secure orders.
- Meet monthly sales and collection targets.
- Identify new markets and applications to drive business growth.
- Develop sales forecasts and create monthly sales and collection plans.
- Coordinate with sales coordinator to ensure timely product supplies.
- Build a customer database at the application/product level.
- Gather customer feedback on product and service requirements.
- Address customer complaints and collaborate with factories for resolution.
- Collaborate with business development engineers to convert new business opportunities.
- Identify and recommend new distributors to expand market reach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers at the operational level.
- Collect statutory forms required for business operations.
- Follow up and collect payments from customers.
- Adhere to reporting systems and procedures.
- Participate in exhibitions for sales and promotion.
- Monitor competition activities and provide timely feedback to management.
Skills Required :
- Strong selling abilities with self-confidence and effective communication skills.
- Experience in dealer handling and territory growth.
- Presentable appearance with good body language and verbal communication skills.
