Assistant Manager - Sales - HR Solutions/Services (1-5 yrs)
- Graduate with 1-5 years' experience in B2B or Corporate sales in Companies.
- Should have relationship with HR Managers of Companies.
- Should have knowledge of banking, finance and insurance or Non-Food FMCG Industry.
- Having Laptop,Bike,Smart Phone,Good Communication skills in English-Written & Spoken.
- Basic knowledge of HR Process like Recruitment,Payroll,Excel Reports, Compliances,etc.
- Should be able to handle and support team of 3-4 sales executives.
- Having positive learning attitude and don't be scared of trying new things while working.
- Calling, Visiting new companies for manpower outsourcing.
- Coordinating with payroll Managers of companies to explore opportunities of manpower outsourcing.
- Sending company's introduction, agreement, proposals, documents for converting prospects into clients.
- Follow up with customer until closure of agreement.
