Job Description :
- Drive penetration of Home Loans for customers of Bashyam Constructions.
- Empanel and sign the DDSA across all suitable banks and financial institutions for home loan
- To customize a home loan product that suits the customer's banking history, cash flow and preference
- Be the anchor person to coordinate his loan documentation, papers collection coordinating with the respective banks.
- Achieve the forecasted collection through the loan customers and generate the ancillary income associated with the home loan disbursal.
