Responsibilities
- Implement the organization's growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage Email and Phone communication with Clients and Vendors
- Arrange Video Meetings with prospective clients
- Communicating with Doctor's & healthcare organizations for the association.
- Planning for the workshop/Seminar and meetings with doctors abroad and hospitals.
- Manage sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of documentation, projections of revenue, and travel documents of clients.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into a valuable resource
