We have opportunity with one of the MNC client for Hyderabad location

Designation: Sr. Executive / Asst Manager -Business Development - Fumigants Division

Functional Area : Sales, Distribution & Promotion

Reports To : Business Head - Fumigants Division

Job Description :
 
Position responsibilities include the following :

- Spearhead Sales for ALP Generator with Formulation & Post Harvest Crop Protection Chemical- ALP in fumigation agencies segment in South India Territory

- Develop, formulate and implement Zonal Sales Strategy

- Set up & manage sales and distribution network across the country, appoint empanelled fumigation agencies , tie up with Silo erection companies & manage distribution through C& F depots

- Deliver Sales revenue targets for the assigned territory

- Develop effective market wise sales strategies to meet desired objectives

- Effectively launch new products and implement market development activities with Trade Marketing initiatives

- Maintain excellent rapport with Fumigation agencies, Pest Control associations, Silo erection companies, FCI officials for silo tender update, large processors in grain segment for silo fumigation requirements, grain associations such as Rice Export Association /Flour Mill Federation/ Pulses Association for better networking, Agri Logistics Companies engaged in FCI projects & other state agency projects across the system

- Explore the possibilities of tie up with fumigation agencies & silo companies for positioning of generator technology in the field

- Actively participate in various seminars / workshops relating to Grain Protection in India & abroad

- Organise customized training sessions for Fumigation agencies & warehousing companies

- Develop and maintain a secured collection system

- Follow up the goods logistics with WH and oversee its timely distribution

- Study market changes and development of competitors- prices and goods, and their direct & indirect effect, supported by relevant reports

- Effective execution of promotional activities, product display support, POP distribution & display & education to meet market requirements

- Create product awareness and brand visibility, to focus on the network expansion and in order to increase market share, achieve 100% business plan and Management objectives

- Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support systems and timely actions to sales

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Minimum 5 years of experience in crop protection product sales or fumigation service sales across India or Multiple States

- B.Sc. Agriculture, Training from CFTRI/ NIPHM.IGMRI on fumigation practices

- Prior exposure to fumigation operations

- Experience in fumigation services including flat storage & Silo storage system

- Capable of creating and handling sales team

- Ambitious and passionate candidates with strong customer orientation and comfortable with Crop Protection Product sales

- Should have a strong commercial orientation with a drive and focus towards enhancing profitability
