Job Description :
1. SFA Implementation - Co-ordination with the Sales Team and the SFA Vendor. Train the sales force for the SFE application.
2. Post Implementation: Monitor KPI's for sales management and sales representatives in support of business initiatives. Assist the management in collation and delivery of sales and activity KPI reports on a weekly, monthly basis.
3. Analyze KPI's for trends and provide regular reporting to sales leadership and the organization
4. Measurement of all sales performance metrics to facilitate review on the same by management.
5. Enabling sales review process- Data Collation, Follow up and Dissemination of Reports on a monthly basis
6. Co-ordination with the SFA vendor and our internal sales team members for SFE application queries and other related activities.
7. Propose automation tools to extract and manage data from different sources effectively. Handle small and large datasets on projects efficiently and figure out the right technology to use for processing the data (e.g. Excel/VBA, Python etc.) and delivering the analyses.
