Assistant Manager - Sales - EduTech (2-4 yrs)

Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of experience in consultative B2B/B2C sales management and leadership experience.
- Previous experience in services and technology, preferably in Education or Consulting
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from beginning to end with attaining revenue
- Ability to problem-solve and asses the situation to provide strategies and evaluate options.
- Outstanding administrative, verbal and written communication skills
- A team-oriented approach with a capability to form relationships at numerous levels (internally and externally)
- Knowledge with consultative selling methodologies
- Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Recognize and efficiently explain the benefits of Design thinking, and business impact for interested leads.
- Driving enquiries and admissions for executive programs offered for working professionals.
- Manage enquiries- Counsel Walk-ins, telephonic, online enquiries and ensure maximum conversion of the leads.
- Accomplish monthly, quarterly & yearly financial targets, individual goals aligned with business goals.
- Sustain an elevated level of sales action weekly, and work with other teams to cultivate sales assets for campaigns - to maximize the ROI.
