Assistant Manager - Sales - Education (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understand the target audience's learning requirements
- Coordinate with faculty to create best in class learning material - videos, reading material, assignments
- Schedule sessions on YouTube and LMS.
- Track the quality metrics and monitor the user feedback
- Analyse and take part at Improving Customer LifeTime Values (LTVs), Customer Churn Management initiatives
- Manage various program trackers to ensure the program is running well
- Support faculty to ensure that participant's learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained
- Manage every course launch on the video learning platform
- Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management
Requirement:
- Have a strong analytical bent of mind
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and any productivity tools
- Take end to end ownership of projects with minimal supervision
- Strong drive for experimentation and inclination to question assumptions
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes
- Curriculum planning skills are a plus.
