Assistant Manager - Sales - Door Technology Systems & Allied Products (3-5 yrs)
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales
Job Description: Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
- Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
- Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements
- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with DORMA customers and partners
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool
- Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc.
- Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team
- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company's code of conduct.
- Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales.
Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs):
- Overall results of the assigned Geography (Net-Net-Sales, Gross Profit, Accounts Receivables)
- Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects (as agreed)
- Customer Satisfaction Index
- Successful completion of assigned DVU models.
Key Skills :
- Proven track record of delivering sales results in a competitive environment
- More than 3 years- experience in sales in a related industry
- Result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Must have expertise in handling projects
- Knowledge of English (CEFR - Level B2)
