Assistant Manager - Sales - Digital Marketing Services (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on mid to high-ticket deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and strategy, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Negotiate contracts under the guidance of senior sales leadership, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Represent Kevnit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field (Preferably from top-rated institutions).
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the digital marketing industry or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to support sales efforts and contribute to achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities
