Hiring Assistant Sales manager for a leading Cycle company in Kolkata
Experience - 3+Years
- Must have experience in Bi-Cylce, Cycle industry
Roles & Responsibility :
Sales JD :
- High-End Bicycles Sales
- You are responsible for achieving the sales goals for the Bicycles in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for bike sales target and operating revenue of the Bicycles operation.
- Driving for results & making operational program & decision of Bicycles sales.
- Developing partnership and maintaining a good relationship with the principal
- Monitoring & responsible for daily Bicycles sales operation, SOP, and training.
- Oversee the daily logistics operation of bicycle sales & stocks, KPI, and related management reports.
- Supporting function of CRM and HOG activities.
- Make sure the order and clearance of the showroom area.
- Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for Bicycles with customers
- Direct customers through entire sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- High End accessories and parts knowledge
- Strong leadership/coaching skills
- High level of product knowledge of the brands
