Assistant Manager - Sales - Credit Card (5-15 yrs)
Description for Internal Candidates
- Drive sales of credit cards through branches of the circle
- Drive Productivity manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes.
- Coaching direct reports to achieve production goals. Actively manages underperformers via performance improvement plans to meet established performance levels.
- Managing large size team by coaching, performing all evaluations, and overseeing performance management plans of field sales managers.
- Managing sales budgets and set targets.
- Establishing team and individual sales goals and providing effective coaching & guiding sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
- Training, developing, and managing a large sales team including Unit Managers, Team Managers & sales executives.
- Managing credit card sales in large network of India branches located in Circle,
- Complete frequent visits to conduct sales presentations, develop product strategies, review pricing, resolution of customer complaints and enhancing sales.
- Build & nurture relationships with higher officials of including Branch Managers, Regional managers & General Managers to drive credit card sales in all the bank branches in an effective & coordinated manner.
- Responsible for increasing approval rates through right sourcing.
- Single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day-to-day operations.
- MBAs with 2 - 3 years' experience in sales and marketing with team handling experience.
Channel Management Experience Business Awareness w.r.t. to the Credit Cards Industry Planning and Negotiation Skills Energizing, Positive, Self-starter & Proactive Good communication and networking skill
