Job Description -
1) Position - CPaaS/SaaS/Sales Assistant Manager.
2) Company - IT Firm.
3) Experience - 2 - 5 Years.
4) Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5) Location - Gurgaon and Mumbai.
6) Responsibility -
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, and present tailored solutions that address their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets and verticals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our CPaaS solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
7) Skills -
- Experience in direct sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
