Assistant Manager - Sales - Cold Chain - Supply Chain Vertical (2-6 yrs)
We are currently retained by leading MNC to recruit AM Cold Chain Sales
- Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Fixup meeting share proposal with prospect, complete agreement after negotiation and get the client on board
- Leverage the Inside Sales team
- Working with channel partner, get them onboard, train them and get business from them
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that help achieves assigned sales targets
- Ensure product mix is maintained at an optimum level
- Conducting fortnightly/ monthly performance reviews with clients and understand business potential, growth opportunities, and client business trajectory
- Designing SOPs to On Boarding Client to start for smooth operation flow.
- Maintain prospective pipeline, sale forecasting and data management
