Assistant Manager - Sales Closing - Residential Project (3-5 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES CLOSING
Position title : Assistant Manager
Location: Thane
Department: Sales & Marketing
Organizational relationships:
- Reports to: Director - Sales Manager
- Coordinates with: Internal Team, Clients, Vendors etc
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that will help in deal closure.
- Deal Closure for residential project of the company for HNI/UHNI clients.
- To facilitate client till final negotiations
- To ensure on time follow ups on leads for the deal closure.
- To generate revenue by closing deals.
- Carry out regular follow ups with the clients to close the deals
Major Challenges - Generating closures of deals
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding market situations
- Knowledge of industry dynamics
- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry
- CTC offered - 5 lakhs p.a. to 6 lakhs p.a.
