Assistant Manager - Sales - Chemical (8-12 yrs)
Qualification: (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
Product experience required: Accumulators, Regulators, Filters, Strainers, package equipment such as Chemical Injection, Hydraulic Power Packs, Booster Units, Testing Rigs, Pumps etc.
Job Description :
- Be the front face and develop strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, enhance market transparency and increase customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for achieving assigned Sales / Bookings Targets in India / Bangladesh Markets. including accurate Bookings forecasts and reporting.
- Major contributions needed to establish India Business unit.
- Promote Life Cycle / After Market Services.
- Post Sales Payments recoveries.
- Establish, maintain, and improve on customer contacts, customer relationship and communication
- New customers acquisition.
- Drive New Product Development and opportunities.
- Coordination with Proposals / Technical Team to offer best Technical & Commercial solutions for customers.
- Coordination with order execution team for successful order completion and delivery.
- Work with the Sales Teams of other regions.
- Forecast Sales Opportunities / Bookings for Annual Operating Plans / Budgets.
- Market Intelligence.
- Gathering both technical and commercial information's including competition strategies are an important part of this assignment.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Work in line with the Company's compliance and business conduct guidelines.
- Implementation of Health and Safety management system.
- Participation in Internal Audits. Ensure the audit observations are completed within the time frame
- Complying with company procedures and policies.
- Takes part in major accident / incident investigation, when needed & the implementation of control measures.
