Assistant Manager - Sales - Butter & Fats Business (7-10 yrs)
Candidate should be Any Graduate with experience in Sales - Domestic & International Sales-Butter and Fats with good communication skill
- Responsible for the development of the annual sales and marketing plan from which to create a sales action plan with annual targets.
- Develop new strategies and expose new markets to generate sales.
- Respond to the solicitation for RFP's (Request for Proposals).
- Development of promotional strategy and presentations, special pre packs and events to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in accounts through sales analysis and forecasting.
- Identifies objectives, strategies to improve short and long term sales and earnings.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Plan, schedule and coordinate the international shipment of goods based on analysis of currency fluctuation, EXIM policies, etc.
- Planning and managing the company's export budget efficiently.
- Handling the complete supply chain process & related Parties, Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarders, Courier Etc.
