Responsibilities-
To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products " in allocated Territory Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)To acquire new customer and upsell/cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets Analyze market trends, tracking competiton activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory Account Management for Large and Premium accounts Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system.
