Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Having hands on experience of customer development in RMC industry, projects
- Expertise in generating business with prospective key accounts client network
- Developing sales market for admixture and SNF/PC and other chemical products with experience in demonstrating cost reduction per CUM for concrete producers
- Self-motivated and driving high targets
- Creating an extensive database of potential clients and execute the sales plan for acquiring new local accounts /distributors
- Monitoring strategies to enlarge the core market base of the company based on market research data while conceptualizing, planning and implementing processes to drive business volume growth
- Generating new leads, converting into pipelines, finalizing, billing and delivering the products
- Adding new clients and maintaining relation with existing clients
- Preparing monthly reports on forecast, pipeline, closure
- Developing new policies & procedures to improve sales performance
- Achieving Sales Target
- Market analysis and market mapping
- Monitoring competitor strategies, selling prices and market share
- To be a team member
- To be able to handle and close deals on its own
