Position : Sales AGM (Agriculture, Horticulture, Greenhouse, Polyhouse, Planting Material, Ornamental Plants)- Full time
Location : New Delhi,
Experience : 8+ years in Sales (Agriculture/Horticulture/Greenhouse/Polyhouse)
Salary : No Constraint for right fit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets in agriculture, horticulture, greenhouse, polyhouse, planting material, and ornamental plant sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through innovative approaches and new product promotions.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams for product positioning and promotion strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within agriculture or horticulture sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of greenhouse, polyhouse technologies, and ornamental plants is a plus.
Skills :
Corporate gifting orders knowledge.
