Assistant Manager - Sales - BFSI (5-7 yrs)
Job description -
- Lead and manage telesales team.
- Team recruitment at TL/agent level.
- Attrition levels to be intact industry & organization rules.
- Attend team huddles conducted by TL's.
- Do monthly and bi weekly reviews with TL's.
- Audit reviews done by TL's for their agents.
- Liaising with sales team for data.
- Data analysis and Maintain the reports.
- Ensure the team to be productive.
- Should listen to random calls & advice on process/product improvements.
- Should initiate PIP's and focus on NPE's in line with the processes laid down.
- Ensure no pending actions on dialer & all leads to be addressed on timely manner.
- Handle escalations efficiently - inter or intra departmental.
- Prepare Adhoc Reports (based on request from supervisor, sales team etc)
Assistant Manager - LMS department
Reporting to - National Manager/RM - LMS.
Reportees - Team leader's - LMS
Compensation - Upto Rs. 6 Lacs p.a. +Incentives (negotiable for the right candidate)
Work Location - Kaushambi
